Welcome

..to the Diocese of St. Paul. We are a group of Christians committed to the creation of movements of people to Jesus Christ throughout the world through evangelism and church-planting, using as our model the apostolic teachings of the Book of the Acts of the Apostles in the Holy Bible. In ancient Biblical times, a name was an indication of the character of the person to whom the name was given. In keeping with this tradition, we chose the name ARC because we are an Apostolic Reformed Catholic movement. On March 5th, 2007, the ARC Movement was received into the Communion of Evangelical Episcopal Churches (CEEC) as the Diocese of St. Paul in the Province of St. Peter. "Timothy" (pseudonym for security purposes), our co-founder, was consecrated bishop in the CEEC, and our founding bishop, Joseph Lee was received into the CEEC as a diocesan bishop. Thank you for your interest in ARC and the Diocese of St. Paul. There is a much more detailed description of who we are found in the ARC Movement page on this site. For a discussion of our founding principles, core commitments, and faith affirmations, please check out the ARC Statement. To understand the Scriptural principles upon which we were founded, see the ARC Apology page on this site. Answers to frequently asked question may be seen on the St. Paul/ARC FAQ's page. We would love to have you join us in the work of fulfilling Christ's great commission!
