March 5, 2007: The Right Reverend "Timothy" was consecrated as a bishop in the Province of St. Peter of the Communion of Evangelical Episcopal Churches. The ARC movement was received as a body into the CEEC, and was re-designated the Diocese of St. Paul. The Right Reverend Joseph Lee was received into the CEEC as a diocesan bishop in the Diocese of St. Paul.

July 22, 2006: Rev. Linda Moon was ordained to the priesthood in the ARC Movement by the Rt. Rev. Joseph Lee. The service was conducted at the Hodges Chapel of Beeson Divinity School at Samford University, Birmingham, Alabama. Rev. "Timothy" preached.
